Century Properties Group Inc. on Thursday announced the expansion of its Phirst Homes brand with the launch of Century Phirst Centrale Batulao, a 142-hectare mixed-use township in Nasugbu, Batangas. Situated along the Nasugbu-Tagaytay National Highway, the development integrates residential, commercial, institutional, and retail spaces, embodying the 15-minute city concept for easy access to essential services.
Marco R. Antonio, president and CEO of Century Properties, emphasized the company’s commitment to creating dynamic, sustainable communities that not only address housing needs but also enhance quality of life. The project aims to contribute to the growth of the Batangas and Southern Luzon regions by generating jobs and supporting the local economy.
The latest addition, Phirst Editions Batulao Vol. 2 West, features 496 homes designed for varying family sizes, priced starting at P4.5 million. Additionally, the township will offer 13.6 hectares of commercial spaces and 1.2 hectares for amenities like a church and events space. Phirst Homes continues to expand across the Philippines, with 27 projects in Luzon and the Visayas, underscoring its growing footprint in the affordable housing sector.
