The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has adjusted the onsite working hours of some offices to help reduce energy use.
Under the new setup, key offices will continue providing in-person services from Monday to Friday. However, non-frontline offices will work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
Check-clearing transactions at BSP Manila will run from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Meanwhile, services involving BSP-acquired properties and the acceptance of physical documents will remain available at the BSP Hub in Manila from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Tellering services at BSP Manila, the Security Plant Complex in Quezon City, and BSP regional offices nationwide will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday to Thursday.
The BSP’s Online Buddy (BOB) chatbot will continue to accept financial complaints 24/7 through the BSP website, Facebook Messenger, and mobile app. Complaints may also be sent via email.
Financial institutions supervised by the BSP can keep submitting documents electronically. The BSP Store will also continue selling commemorative coins and other items through its online platform.
