Credit recovery and financial services firm S.P. Madrid Corporation is expanding its operations nationwide through a partnership with PLDT Enterprise to improve connectivity and data security.
The deal allows S.P. Madrid to use Smart’s mobile network to support its field teams, helping them communicate in real time and maintain service continuity across its 18 branches. The company, which has nearly 3,000 employees in the Philippines and overseas, provides credit recovery and financial services to major banks.
With rising demand in the financial sector, both firms said reliable and secure communication is becoming more important. PLDT Enterprise is providing Smart postpaid plans bundled with devices to ensure stable connectivity for field operations.
S.P. Madrid CEO Ian Madrid said the partnership will strengthen both operational efficiency and data protection as the company grows.
Beyond connectivity, the collaboration may expand to include services such as cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and data center support to help S.P. Madrid scale its operations securely.
PLDT Enterprise said the partnership highlights its role in helping businesses improve efficiency and build more resilient digital infrastructure.
