BMW Philippines completed its role as the official premium mobility partner for the ASEAN 2026 Summit by deploying a 125-vehicle fleet to transport heads of state, diplomats and senior officials during the regional event hosted by the Philippines.
The fleet, provided by SMC Asia Car Distributors Corp., included 25 BMW 760i Protection sedans for world leaders, 70 BMW X3 plug-in hybrid SUVs for delegates and officials, and 30 fully electric BMW i5 executive sedans for official transport services.
The deployment highlighted the growing use of electric and hybrid vehicles in government and executive transport, while supporting the secure and efficient movement of delegates during one of ASEAN’s major diplomatic gatherings.
BMW Philippines said its technical teams provided round-the-clock support to ensure uninterrupted fleet operations throughout the summit.
