Property Company of Friends, Inc. (Profriends) has renewed its partnership with Archipelago Builders Corporation(ABC) to continue the development of Westwind, a residential project inside Lancaster New City. The agreement covers the construction of Westwind’s second building.
The partnership highlights both companies’ commitment to providing affordable, high-quality, and sustainable homes for Filipino families despite ongoing global challenges, including the Middle East crisis affecting supply chains and construction costs.
Profriends president Kathleen Choa said careful planning, early material sourcing, and strong coordination with ABC helped keep the project on schedule. ABC chief operating officer Paulo Lorenzo Pe said the company takes pride in supporting Profriends’ goal of making housing more accessible and affordable.
The continued collaboration is seen as a major step in Profriends’ shift from traditional house-and-lot projects to larger integrated communities designed for modern urban living. It also reinforces the long-term partnership between the developer and ABC, a Category AAA contractor with decades of experience in large-scale construction projects.
Profriends has delivered more than 64,000 homes since 1999 and continues to expand its developments in Cavite and Iloilo through projects such as Lancaster New City and Parc Regency Residences.
