Filinvest REIT Corp. (Filreit) has welcomed Gatestone and Co., a global customer experience and digital transformation company, as its newest international tenant.
Gatestone leased roughly 3,500 square meters of office space on the 6th and 7th floors of Filinvest Three, located at Northgate Cyberzone in Filinvest City, Alabang. Its operations here began earlier this year, marking the firm’s expansion in the Philippines and a key step in its global growth plan.
Founded in 1926, Gatestone serves clients across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Its move reinforces the Philippines’ standing as a top global hub for multilingual customer services, and highlights Filreit’s ability to attract major international companies with its sustainable, world-class office spaces.
Gatestone joins other multinational firms in IT, shared services, finance, and business process outsourcing that operate within Filreit’s portfolio. Filinvest Three is PEZA-accredited, sustainability-certified, and part of a master-planned IT park with strong infrastructure, fast connectivity, and access to skilled talent.
Filreit CEO Maricel Brion-Lirio noted the addition affirms their commitment to meeting global workspace standards. Gatestone president John Tilley said the location and facilities align with their goals to deliver high-quality service worldwide.
