Globe Telecom Inc. introduced a wide range of mobile, home, and enterprise solutions on Tuesday, designed to help Filipinos cope with economic challenges and rising expenses.
For everyday users, the company launched Globe Cloud, a low-cost backup service with storage options, photo recovery, and AI editing tools. AI Fiesta offers affordable access to top AI models in one subscription, using budget-friendly “sachet” pricing ideal for students, creators, and small businesses. Users can now manage data directly via Instagram Basic, including emergency data loans to stay connected. All prepaid, postpaid, and Platinum plans now include emergency load, roaming support, and the ability to convert rewards points into food or fuel vouchers.
Under its home brand, Globe At Home partnered with GCash to bring free Wi-Fi, digital credit, and cashless payments to local markets. It also rolled out a household care bundle combining flexible payment plans, rewards, and green energy options, shifting its role from internet provider to a complete home service partner. Digital safety was addressed through the GoSafe campaign, featuring content filtering and community education programs.
For businesses, Globe Business launched AI-powered tools like Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience to improve customer service. New GFiber corporate plans now include free security scans, helping companies in e-commerce, healthcare, and finance protect their operations.
“Connectivity today is no longer just about access—it is about making people feel supported,” said KD Dizon, Globe chief marketing officer. “We are committed to being that lifeline, giving Filipinos the confidence to keep going with care that uplifts them.”
