The award honors the bank’s successful integration of artificial intelligence into employee learning and development, making skill-building more accessible, tailored, and closely linked to business goals.
Through AI-powered tools such as customized learning paths, smart content suggestions, and features like AI Role Play and AI-Powered Coach, staff can access training in real time and apply new knowledge directly to their daily tasks. Results have been strong: completion rates for courses adapted into LinkedIn Learning pathways hit 109 percent, while nearly half of all employees actively used the platform’s AI functions. This strategy supports the bank’s goal of fostering a culture of accountability, where teams take ownership of their growth to deliver better service to customers.
