Its growth and impact have been shaped by a commitment to operational excellence, long-standing partnerships, and strategic upgrades that have helped turn Philippine ports into modern facilities capable of supporting the country’s development and standing in the global market.
A major factor behind ATI’s progress is its enduring partnership with global logistics leader DP World, which serves as its strategic foreign equity partner. This alliance has brought in international expertise, world-class operational standards, advanced technologies, and consistent funding to build ports and logistics systems suited for future needs, boosting the Philippines’ position in regional and global supply chains. Over its history, ATI has handled around 30 million twenty-foot equivalent units of containerized cargo, 57 million metric tons of non-containerized shipments, 10 million vehicles, and roughly 70 million passengers across its port network. Together with DP World, the company has poured more than ₱42 billion into port infrastructure and modernization, turning key gateways into safer, more efficient, and more sustainable hubs that keep up with changing global trade demands.
ATI currently manages a network of critical trade facilities across the country. It has developed Manila South Harbor into one of the nation’s top international container hubs, while positioning the Batangas Integrated Port as a central point for cargo, passenger travel, and automotive logistics serving Southern Luzon. It has also set new industry standards through facilities like the Cavite container barge terminal and its inland logistics centers, which have improved supply chain reliability and cost efficiency for all clients. Alongside DP World, ATI has supported the expansion of major local sectors including manufacturing, automotive, renewable energy, and infrastructure, while upgrading passenger terminals and rolling out new logistics solutions to speed up the movement of goods across the archipelago.
