Converge Global Business, the enterprise arm of Converge ICT Solutions Inc., has signed a key partnership with Ormoc-based Virtual Staffing Solutions (VSS) to power VSS’s expanding local and global operations with high-speed, secure pure fiber connectivity.
Under the deal, Converge will deploy an International Private Leased Circuit (IPLC) — a dedicated private link — connecting VSS’s Philippine headquarters and its U.S. office, enabling uninterrupted data exchange and communication. Converge will also provide robust domestic fiber internet across all VSS locations nationwide.
VSS CEO David Lemasters said the partnership lays a resilient digital foundation to unite cross-border teams, accelerate innovation, and scale confidently. “Geography is no longer a barrier to talent and service,” he added.
Shion Canen, Converge AVP and Head of Enterprise Sales for VisMin, noted the collaboration supports VSS’s mission as a faith-based enterprise, delivering the secure infrastructure needed for seamless global growth.
