Globe is providing relief assistance to 700 families in Pampanga, Bulacan, and Bataan still recovering from the Southwest Monsoon, in partnership with Ayala Foundation Inc. Covered areas include Pampanga’s Masantol, Macabebe, Apalit, Candaba, Bulacan’s Calumpit, and Bataan’s Hermosa and Dinalupihan, building on earlier Alagang Globe support as recovery proceeds. The company confirms full restoration of mobile and broadband services previously disrupted across parts of Metro Manila and Rizal province.
Ongoing Alagang Globe aid covers customers in Bulacan, Pampanga, Bataan, Zambales, Pangasinan, La Union, Benguet, and Mountain Province. Prepaid and TM users receive free unlimited calls and texts to all networks, 100MB open data, and an extra 100MB for apps like Facebook and Viber valid one day, while postpaid accounts get extended payment deadlines. Broadband users also receive targeted support: eligible AT HOME Prepaid WiFi customers get 5GB free data over three days, GFiber Prepaid accounts receive promo extensions, and GFiber Postpaid users get 15GB free data for 15 days plus flexible payment schedules.
Globe continues to leverage its corporate ecosystem for community support, allowing customers to donate Rewards points to Ayala Foundation via GlobeOne or contribute directly through GCash. This response combines full network recovery, tailored customer assistance, and integrated giving channels to sustain long-term recovery efforts, highlighting the company’s role in disaster response and community resilience.
