Lenovo & Motorola Qira, the cross-device personal AI, is expanding its reach at IFA 2026 following an initial rollout to over 20 Lenovo devices starting in March. It now supports eligible Lenovo PCs with 16GB memory, expanding beyond high-end configurations, and will come to select Motorola edge, signature and razr models with the Android 17 upgrade. It also debuts on moto watch ultra, its first wearable, and connects with Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Outlook and more via a new Workato partnership.
Now available on over 80 PC models, select tablets and Motorola smartphones across consumer and business lines, Qira supports six languages and will add more device families by year-end. Built for multi-device workflows, it centralizes notifications and context so users can catch up and continue tasks without constant switching. Eligible users may download Qira from Lenovo’s website; future devices will include it preloaded. Motorola’s rollout varies by model and market, with current moto ai and AI Now devices upgrading to Qira alongside Android 17.
“Personal AI should not be another app waiting for a prompt,” said Lenovo AI Ecosystem VP Dan Dery. “It should understand what matters to you, move with you across devices and help orchestrate next steps across the agents, applications and services you choose.”
New integrations with Notion and expanded Perplexity support streamline work and research, letting users edit projects and access information directly without app hopping. Qira uses local-first, hybrid architecture with end-to-end encryption to protect privacy and control, processing data on-device where possible and only sharing necessary context securely for cloud functions.
Availability, timing and features vary by device, market and setup. Some require updates, permissions, accounts or connectivity; app support differs by region and service.
