Security Bank Wealth gathered clients in Manila and Davao for its 2026 Midyear Events to advance a unified approach to wealth creation, protection, and succession. Titled “Building Resilient Wealth: An Integrated Approach to Income, Growth, Protection, and Legacy Planning,” the program brought together experts in investments, tax, legal, trust, and insurance to address the growing interconnectedness of financial decisions.
The first panel, led by Security Bank’s Head of Investment Strategy Chrissi Morillo, featured Invesco’s Thomas Wu, J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Rohini Chopra, Horizon Capital’s Dion Ong, and Security Bank’s Deputy CIO Basil Jason Go. They assessed global and local economic conditions, Asian market opportunities, equity income strategies, and AI’s investment role, stressing discipline, diversification, and goal alignment as core principles.
A second session moderated by Deputy Head of Trust and Asset Management Carmela Tanjutco Lim included SGV’s Atty. Jules Riego, Security Bank’s Atty. Rob Camalig, and FWD Insurance’s Alvin Rivano. They covered estate planning, trusts, insurance, and succession, outlining how families can secure assets, sustain businesses, and prepare the next generation. Chairman Cirilo P. Noel emphasized resilient wealth through balanced growth, protection, stewardship, and long-term planning.
“Wealth management is no longer a set of separate choices—it links growth, protection, and legacy across generations,” said Security Bank Wealth Head Rene Aguirre. “We combine investment, trust, insurance, and specialized capabilities to help clients make confident, connected decisions at every stage.” The bank noted it will continue delivering personalized, integrated solutions to guide clients through their full financial journey.
