Security Bank has been recognized as one of HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work for in Asia for 2026, marking its third consecutive win, following honors in 2024 and 2025.
The award is determined by HR Asia’s Team Engagement Assessment survey, measuring workplace culture, engagement, and organizational practices across the region. Security Bank scored above market benchmarks across key metrics: employees rated the bank 4.06 as a great place to work, versus the 3.86 market average. It excelled most in workplace flexibility with a 4.63 score, well ahead of the 3.86 benchmark, and also rated higher than average in collaboration, inclusion, and workplace culture.
