Converge ICT Solutions Inc. has secured a historic triple distinction at the 2026 HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards, cementing its reputation as a leading Philippine employer. The fiber broadband and tech provider took home top honours across three categories: Best Companies to Work for in Asia, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Sustainable Workplace.
The awards were presented October 6 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom in Pasay City, following a comprehensive assessment including an organization-wide employee survey and independent audit. Converge earned high marks overall, standing out particularly in equal opportunity, cultural ethics, and employee engagement.

The recognition highlights tangible progress across key priorities. Women hold 41.7% of executive roles, while programs like the MentorSHE women’s mentorship initiative, SPARK sales capability building, and training partnerships with the University of the Philippines drive equitable career growth. On sustainability, recovered modem reuse rates rose to 89% this year from 54% in 2023.
