Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. hit its P24.2-billion earnings target in 2025, as the property developer ramped up housing launches and focused on extracting more value from its nationwide landbank.
The company launched 46 horizontal residential projects worth a combined P49.6 billion last year, underscoring its renewed push into its core housing business led by flagship brand Camella.
Vista Land reported consolidated revenues of P35.8 billion and net income of P3.8 billion for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025. Gross profit from its residential business reached P9.7 billion, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) hit the full-year target.
The company said its results reflected, in part, interest expenses that were not capitalized into qualifying assets.
Vista Land is also banking on its extensive landbank and investment properties to support future growth, with Vista Estates serving as its platform for developing integrated, master-planned communities across the country.
The developer plans to sustain its focus on horizontal housing through Camella, Crown Asia and Brittany, while using Vista Estates to unlock the value of landholdings through larger, integrated developments.
As of end-2025, Vista Land had total assets of P376.8 billion and total equity of P137.1 billion.
The company said it would continue expanding its residential portfolio to meet Filipino families’ housing needs while pursuing long-term value for shareholders.
With 46 new projects launched in 2025, Vista Land is betting that its established brands, nationwide reach, and land reserves will help sustain its housing business and support future earnings growth.
