Razon‑led digital platform OnlyFun.PH has partnered with Viva Communications’ VMX Live to launch an in‑app livestream offering headlined by popular Viva personalities, blending real‑time fan interaction with regulated gaming under the brand FollowBet.
The new feature lets viewers watch celebrity and digital creators live, chat with them, and join games alongside streamers without switching apps, while operating under Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. rules. At launch, Viva stars Angeli Khang and Robb Guinto will serve as the main featured artists for the livestream sessions.
OnlyFun vice president for player engagement Suzy Polyanska noted that the platform puts community building and creator‑led streaming first, rather than pushing gaming activity. “Of course, players can play, can follow the streamer. But the number one is that they are there together, chatting, interacting and not being pressured to gamble,” Polyanska said. “For us, number one focus is creating a community. And the focus is for streaming, for the personalities. That’s why we don’t really put gaming as a number one focus in this.”
The platform, part of Bloomberry Resorts Corp.’s digital portfolio under the Funalomax group, went live just a month ago and was built to meet rising local demand for mobile entertainment and live online interaction. Company representatives added that since the service is still in its early phase, livestream sessions will follow a set schedule and will not run 24‑7 for now.
FollowBet includes strict broadcast and content checks, plus secure identity verification, data protection tools and responsible gaming safeguards intended to keep both streamers and users safe while the platform leverages the commercial draw of well‑known live entertainers for its growing user base.
