Founded in 1969 as the Philippine Engineering & Construction Corporation, the company has since evolved into a leader in the Philippine construction sector, renowned for executing complex, high-impact projects.

The anniversary event, held on 26 November 2024, at The Fifth at Rockwell in Makati City, featured a champagne toast led by chairman and CEO Federico R. Lopez, alongside other prominent FPH and First Balfour officials.
