Megawide Construction Corp. said Wednesday its board has declared a quarterly cash dividend of P1.325 for each of its series 4 preferred shares.
The cash dividend, which will total P53 million, will be paid on May 2. Preferred shareholders on record April 11 are qualified to receive the cash dividend.
The cash dividend will be taken from the unrestricted retained earnings of Megawide as of December 31, 2022.
Megawide is a listed general construction company with government contracts through its participation in public-private partnership agreements.
