Phinma Education Holdings Inc., a subsidiary of Phinma Corp., reported an 11 percent surge in student enrollment this academic year, reaching 163,000 students—up from 146,474. The increase solidifies its position as Southeast Asia’s largest private education network focused on underserved communities.
The growth in enrollment and successful integration of new campuses contributed to an 8 percent rise in net income, reaching ₱1.5 billion for fiscal year 2024–2025, which ended in March. Revenue climbed 14 percent to ₱6.5 billion, driven by improved retention and wider market reach, according to CFO Daisy Montinola.
The enrollment boom underscores Phinma Education’s commercial strength and strategic significance in expanding access to affordable, quality education across the region. The company continues to invest in student support systems, scholarship programs, and network expansion, recently adding campuses in Cavite and Jakarta, with further openings planned in Laguna, Roxas City, Bacolod, and Butuan.
