Global customer experience leader Foundever® has officially opened its newest recruitment hub at Ayala Malls, further expanding its presence in Pasig and reaffirming its commitment to providing accessible job opportunities for the Filipino workforce.
The new facility, located on the mall’s ground floor, offers walk-in applicants a convenient location to explore career opportunities, undergo interviews, and complete assessments. It operates Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
“This new recruitment hub represents our unwavering commitment to bringing career opportunities directly to Filipino communities,” said Willy Lim, vice president for HR, Marketing and Talent Acquisition at Foundever in the Philippines, China, and Malaysia.
The launch complements the opening of Foundever’s 30th Corporate Center in Pasig in October 2024 and reflects the company’s sustained investment in the local job market and strategic talent acquisition through community partnerships.
Pasig City vice mayor Robert “Dodot” Jaworski, Jr., who attended both launch events, lauded the initiative, calling the hub “an inspiration to many” and assuring Foundever of continued support from the city government.
The hub is also part of Foundever’s broader workforce development strategy, supported by its University & Community Partnerships program. It strengthens the company’s position as a top employer in the BPO sector and underlines its commitment to building sustainable employment opportunities for Metro Manila’s talent pool.
