Estate Water marks decade with strongest performance yet

Estate Water, a unit of Manila Water Philippine Ventures (MWPV), is celebrating its 10th year of operations with record growth and expanded services across the country.

The company, strengthened by its partnership with Ayala Land, now operates in 50 cities and municipalities and serves 129 developments nationwide. Its network includes more than 400 facilities and over 1,000 kilometers of pipelines.

In its 10th year, Estate Water recorded its highest billed volume growth, rising 26 percent to 66 million liters per day. The increase was driven by expansion in key townships and residential areas, higher commercial activity, improved reliability of deep wells and sewage treatment plants, and efforts to reduce water losses and improve system efficiency.

Over the past decade, Estate Water has built a diverse portfolio covering greenfield and brownfield developments, bulk water supply, water reuse, and wastewater operations. It serves major projects developed by Ayala Land, SMDC, Damosa Land, Raemulan Land, and Asian Land, including Nuvali, Alviera, Lio, Cebu Business Park, Azuela Cove, Vertis North, Cavite Economic Zone, and Bonifacio Global City.

The company operates 157 deep wells with a combined capacity of about 170 million liters per day, 48 sewage treatment plants that can process around 66 million liters daily, and 71 lift stations for used-water collection.

Estate Water’s operations span Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao through eight regional business areas. Its 173 employees support field operations, customer service, engineering, project delivery, finance, regulatory work, and business development.
