Former telecom sales workers Robert Borces and Maribel Mancilla have found new opportunities selling Surf2Sawa door-to-door under local distributor Tita Dais FiberX Enterprise Solutions. Both previously worked for a competing telco before joining the distributorship, where they now serve as team leaders managing their own agents in Naga, Albay, and Camarines Sur.

As commissions and load top-ups drive their income, Borces and Mancilla say consistent effort and daily planning are key to strong sales. They coordinate closely with their teams each day to map out selling areas and serve queued installations.
With increasing subscriptions across Naga, both agents report significant improvements in their personal finances. Borces said his earnings have helped support his children’s schooling and upgrade household appliances. Mancilla shared that she was able to purchase a motorcycle, home essentials, and mobile phones for her children after strong weekly sales.
Encouraged by rising demand and flexible earning opportunities, the two team leaders say they remain motivated to expand their sales while helping grow their distributor’s business.
They attribute their continued success to persistence, discipline, and a mindset focused on daily productivity.
