Century Properties Group is stepping harder on the gas outside Metro Manila, launching a 25-hectare master-planned community in General Trias, Cavite as it accelerates a dual-brand expansion strategy.
Cerulean Residences, unveiled under subsidiary Century Limitless Corp., anchors the group’s premium residential push in one of the fastest-growing corridors south of the capital.
The house-and-lot development marks a key milestone in scaling up CPG’s higher-end offerings while deepening its provincial footprint.
At the same time, CPG’s first-home brand PHirst is preparing the grand launch of another residential project in General Trias this March, tightening the company’s grip on Cavite’s booming housing market. PHirst remains CPG’s revenue engine, contributing P8.4 billion or 69 percent of total revenues in the first nine months of 2025.
“By balancing our PHirst and Premium residential segments, we are able to sustain growth while expanding our footprint across the nation’s key growth corridors,” said Marco R. Antonio, CPG president and chief executive officer. “With Cerulean under our premium segment and continued PHirst expansion, including our move into Mindanao, we are building a truly nationwide platform that addresses multiple market segments.”
PHirst recently entered Mindanao with the launch of PHirst Park Homes GenSan, signaling its shift from a Luzon-focused developer to a nationwide player.
The expansion comes on the back of solid financial momentum. In the first nine months of 2025, CPG posted a 17 percent rise in net income to P2.10 billion, while consolidated revenues grew 15 percent to P12.31 billion. The company has earmarked P12 billion in capital expenditures to bankroll its 2026 pipeline.
With two projects launching in General Trias alone, CPG is hedging its bets across price segments, ride provincial growth, and turn scale into sustained earnings.
