Globe has partnered with Unibersidad de Manila (UDM) and the Technological Institute of the Philippines (T.I.P.) Manila to promote responsible digital use among students through its Digital Thumbprint Program.
Globe president and CEO Carl Cruz attended the event at UDM, where over 200 freshmen took part in cybersecurity workshops led by trained student ambassadors from T.I.P. Manila. The sessions covered cyber threats, online privacy, and proper online conduct.
Launched almost 10 years ago, the program has now reached more than two million students across the country, with plans to expand further to help young Filipinos become safe and responsible digital citizens.
