International Workplace Group, or IWG – the world’s largest workspace platform behind brands like Regus and Spaces – will open five new locations nationwide this year, including its first Humanly center in the country.
The new sites are HQ Plaza Helena in Panglao, Bohol; Regus Island Central Mactan in Lapu-Lapu City; two Regus branches in Taguig’s Arca South and Alveo Park Triangle; and Humanly APECO Super Health Center in Casiguran, Aurora. All offer flexible work options such as shared desks, private offices and meeting rooms.
Humanly is a specialized setup built for medical, wellness and fitness professionals, giving them access to fully fitted spaces without heavy upfront costs or long leases.
IWG aims to run 76 centers across the Philippines by end-2026, adding 29 more locations in total. Industry data shows 82 percent of local firms already use hybrid work setups, while flexible workspaces may make up 30 percent of all commercial real estate globally by 2030.
“Businesses prefer putting funds into growth rather than fixed offices,” said IWG Philippines chief Rowena Natividad. “Demand is also rising outside major cities as people choose to work near home.”
IWG operates in over 120 countries and counts most Fortune 500 firms as clients.
