For 64 years, Metrobank has stood by Filipinos through changing times, helping customers, businesses, and communities grow stronger. Behind this legacy are Metrobankers whose dedication built the trusted institution it is today.
This year, the bank recognized more than 1,000 service awardees for their years of contribution, including 171 employees marking three decades with the company. Generations of Metrobankers have guided the bank through milestones and challenges, adapting to shifts while staying anchored to long-held values.
Metrobank President Fabian S. Dee honored this year’s awardees for their commitment and malasakit—genuine care—during the 64th Anniversary Service Awards.
“Our greatest lesson from their journey is that resilience alone is not enough. While circumstances may change, our values must remain constant. We must continue to lead with malasakit, do what is right for our customers, and be the Bank that Filipinos can always rely on, especially when times are hard,” Dee said.
The recognition goes beyond loyalty; it celebrates the Metrobanker spirit and their work in building customer trust, supporting businesses through economic shifts, and strengthening local communities.
As customer needs and the financial landscape evolve, Metrobank remains focused on growing its people. It continues investing in programs that enhance employee skills and expertise—helping them advance in their careers while delivering better service to the public.
Awardees embody the resilience, integrity, teamwork, and malasakit that have sustained the bank over decades. As Metrobank looks to its next chapter, its strength remains rooted in the people who have helped build it from within.
