This builds financial standing so data and AI can unlock fairer credit even for those with limited history. The push also covers payroll portability with DiBA PH — letting workers pick where salaries land — plus Open Finance so they control how their data unlocks better services. On AI, Rada stressed responsible use with clear governance, human oversight, and shared infrastructure investment. The goal: choice for workers, better tools for businesses, and inclusive trust in the digital economy.
