Filinvest Cyberparks Inc. (FCI), the office leasing arm of Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI), has renewed and expanded its long-standing partnership with global IT-BPM firm Infosys BPM, marking over 12 years of collaboration.
Infosys will relocate its Alabang operations to Axis Tower Two in Northgate Cyberzone, consolidating its workforce across five floors—more than 10,000 square meters—with further expansion planned. The move keeps Infosys firmly rooted in Alabang while securing a larger, modern workspace to support its growth.

For FLI, the deal reinforces Northgate Cyberzone’s standing as a preferred IT-BPM destination. Axis Tower Two is PEZA-registered, LEED Gold certified, and WELL Core certified—meeting high standards for sustainability and workplace wellness. The transaction highlights FLI’s ability to provide flexible, scalable spaces that support businesses from startup through expansion.
