    DMCI Batangas project attracts P5.6 billion in reservation sales


    DMCI Homes Inc. on Thursday said reservation sales at its Solmera Coast project in San Juan, Batangas, its maiden venture into the leisure property market, generated sales of more than P5.6 billion in just over a month since it launched in August.

    As of mid-September, about 93 percent of Solmera Coast’s inventory of nearly 800 condotel units have already been reserved.

    Solmera Coast unit sizes, it being the flagship DMCI Homes project under its leisure brand, DMCI Homes Leisure Residences, range from 34 square meters to 91.5 square meters. 

    The unit options include studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, varying in price from P7.1 million up to P17 million.The condotel units are spread across three mid-rise buildings Matahari, Kartika and Bumi which are scheduled for occupancy in February 2027, May 2027 and August 2027, respectively.

    Dennis Yap, vice president for project development, said the company plans to launch the residential phase of the project.

    Yap said residential units will be offered in the two remaining buildings, Nusa and Asri.

    “In light of the outstanding sales performance of the condotel units, we’re excited to unveil the next buildings of Solmera Coast. The residential units, located in the Nusa and Asri buildings, will provide a unique beach park living experience for those seeking a beach park lifestyle,” Yap said.

    The company said the project has captured the interest of investors and beach enthusiasts alike, being the only tropical Asia-inspired beach park condotel in San Juan, Batangas. 

    With its beachfront location, the development not only presents an investment opportunity but provides a tranquil haven for leisure and pleasure as well, the company said. 

    Spanning 7.5 hectares, the property offers ample open spaces and event venues for a complete beachside experience. Solmera Coast boasts of a range of amenities, including five swimming pools, a game area, a gym, two restaurants and a convention center.
