Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) has announced a substantial P12 billion investment for two new developments in Luzon, marking a significant expansion for the regional property developer. The move comes as CLI opens its first Luzon office in Makati, signaling its ambition to grow beyond Visayas and Mindanao.

A. Brown Co. Inc. on /tuesday announced a P2.5 billion investment in a joint venture with the provincial government of Misamis Oriental to develop a mixed-use complex in the province's capital. The project is set to include office spaces, commercial buildings, a dormitory, a public park, and essential infrastructure, with construction divided into four phases.

DMCI Homes, a subsidiary of DMCI Holdings, announced on Tuesday that it will hire over 1,000 skilled workers for its inaugural residential condominium development in Cebu City, the Kalea Heights.

Megaworld Corp. is accelerating its expansion with plans to launch at least two new townships in 2025. These new developments, spanning more than 300 hectares, will be located in key growth regions across Luzon and the Visayas. 

Cebu Landmasters, Inc., a listed property developer based in the Visayas, has launched WorkNook, its first co-working space, at Base Line Center along Juana Osmeña Street in Cebu City.
