Metro Pacific Health (MPH) has teamed up with Etiqa Philippines to significantly expand healthcare access for millions of insured Filipinos.
The partnership gives Etiqa members direct entry to MPH’s network of 29 major hospitals nationwide and strengthens the insurer’s existing pool of more than 1,500 hospitals and clinics.
As part of the agreement, the two organizations will co-develop new, more affordable medical packages aimed at reducing out-of-pocket costs for members and their families. The goal is to make essential health services easier to reach and simpler to navigate.
MPH, the healthcare arm of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation and the country’s largest private hospital group, said the collaboration will provide smoother and more coordinated care for Etiqa clients, from consultations to diagnostics to treatment. It also aims to streamline approvals and cut common disruptions faced by patients dealing with insurance processes.
For Etiqa Philippines, which belongs to the established regional Etiqa network supported by the Maybank Group, the partnership supports its push to widen and strengthen its healthcare offerings as demand for accessible and reliable medical services continues to rise.
With this alliance in place, Etiqa members can expect faster access, better coordination, and a broader range of care options, reinforcing a healthcare landscape increasingly shaped by strategic partnerships.
