Converge hits ₱11.2B revenue, surpasses 3M subscribers in 1Q 2026

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. posted ₱11.2 billion in revenue in the first quarter of 2026 as its subscriber base grew past three million, driven largely by strong demand for prepaid fiber internet.

The company said total subscribers reached 3.09 million by the end of March, up 14 percent from a year ago. Its Surf2Sawa prepaid fiber service led growth, with subscribers jumping nearly 87 percent to 674,000 users.

Converge also reported ₱3.02 billion in net income and ₱6.9 billion in EBITDA for the quarter. Its enterprise business expanded 16 percent year-on-year to ₱2 billion in revenue.

The company highlighted the completion of its nationwide digital infrastructure, including fiber networks, subsea cables, satellite systems, and data centers, which it said will support future cloud and data-heavy services across the country.

Converge plans to continue investing in network expansion and upgrades, with capital spending for 2026 expected to reach between ₱18 billion and ₱23 billion.

The development underscores growing demand for fiber connectivity in the Philippines, especially prepaid internet services, while reinforcing Converge’s push to strengthen its position in the country’s broadband and digital infrastructure market.
