MicroSourcing and Beepo are doubling down on Clark, opening a new service delivery center that will create up to 400 jobs as outsourcing firms increasingly expand beyond Metro Manila in search of talent, resilience and room to grow.
The new 748-square-meter facility at Clark City Front Mall will support healthcare, finance, technology and back-office operations, strengthening the companies’ delivery capacity while reinforcing Clark’s emergence as one of the country’s fastest-growing IT and business process management (IT-BPM) hubs.
The expansion reflects a broader industry pivot. As demand for outsourcing services rises, firms are building larger regional operations to tap skilled workers outside the capital while reducing concentration risks.
MicroSourcing said the new center expands its nationwide delivery footprint, while Beepo is moving into a larger, purpose-built office after establishing its first Clark operations in 2010.
Chief Executive Officer Haidee Enriquez said the investment highlights the companies’ commitment to expanding in regional business centers, giving clients greater operational resilience and access to a wider pool of skilled professionals.
Clark has become a natural choice for that strategy. Its transport links, investment incentives and modern infrastructure have drawn a growing mix of outsourcing, manufacturing, semiconductor and logistics companies. The location also gives employers access to talent from Pampanga, Tarlac, Bulacan, Pangasinan and nearby provinces.
The freeport now hosts more than 20,000 outsourcing professionals, illustrating how Clark has evolved from a spillover location into a major industry hub in its own right. That transformation mirrors the IT-BPM sector’s push to spread investments and employment across the country rather than concentrate growth in Metro Manila.
According to the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines, the industry generated more than USD40 billion in revenues in 2025, underscoring its status as one of the country’s biggest export earners and employers. With the latest expansion, MicroSourcing and Beepo are adding fresh momentum to Clark’s ascent while reinforcing a clear industry trend that the next wave of outsourcing growth is increasingly taking shape in the regions.
