    Catherine Concepcion-Puno takes on larger role in family-owned RFM

    Maria Victoria Catherine Concepcion-Puno, one of the four daughters of Jose Ma. Concepcion III, is expanding her role within the family-controlled RFM Corporation, a publicly listed food and beverage company.

    RFM announced on Wednesday the appointment of Concepcion-Puno as assistant vice president and head of marketing for the consumer group, after she joined the company’s board of directors in June 2024. Her appointment marks a significant step as she takes on greater leadership responsibilities within the company.

    Her brother, Jose Ma. Christian Concepcion IV, also sits on RFM’s board, further solidifying the family’s influence in the company.

    Concepcion-Puno holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from De La Salle University-Manila and an MBA from INSEAD France. Prior to joining RFM, she worked as global senior marketing manager at Revlon & Elizabeth Arden in New York from 2020 to 2023, and has also held roles at L’Oréal Philippines and Coca-Cola FEMSA.

    Additionally, RFM’s board announced the approval of a P200 million cash dividend, equivalent to P0.05936 per share. The dividend will be payable on February 18, 2025, with a record date of shareholders qualified for dividend set for January 22. 

    The cash dividend declaration reflects the company’s strong financial performance and its commitment to providing value to shareholders.
