Century Properties Group Inc. announced on Thursday that it will invest ₱8.39 billion to build around 13,150 new housing units, which are set for completion by the end of 2025.
The new homes will be developed through its horizontal housing arm, Phirst Park Homes Inc., across nine project sites nationwide to meet the growing demand for affordable, high-quality housing for first-time Filipino buyers.
Construction will be handled by the company’s in-house contractor Phirst Build and its longtime partner Megawide Construction Corp. Phirst Build will construct 6,326 units in several Luzon sites, including Sto. Tomas and Magalang East, while Megawide will build 5,824 precast units in key areas such as Cavite, Laguna, and Batangas. Another 1,000 units are in the process of being awarded.
Since Phirst’s launch in 2017, Century Properties has awarded contracts for 29,306 homes. With this new batch, the company’s total housing stock will grow to 42,456 units.
By mid-2025, more than 15,000 homes will have been completed, with the number expected to reach 18,000 by year-end. Over 10,000 units have already been turned over to buyers, with deliveries projected to surpass 14,000 next year.
“Our ongoing initiatives and partnerships reflect our mission to make quality, affordable homes accessible to more Filipino families,” said Roy C. Lachica, Phirst vice president for technical operations. “These efforts also support our expansion into new locations nationwide as we address the country’s housing demand.”
