Leading consumer finance app Billease has rolled out its Bagong Simula Promo (Christmas Amnesty 2025), a nationwide program that allows qualified customers to clear overdue accounts without paying any accumulated penalties. The campaign runs until December 31, 2025.
Under the promo, eligible users who settle their principal, interest, and regular charges in full during the period will receive a 100 percent waiver on all late fees. Billease expects the initiative to reach more than one million customers, wiping out billions of pesos in penalties.
Billease CEO and co-founder Georg Steiger said the program aims to support Filipinos who have struggled financially in recent years. He noted that removing penalties can help customers “make a fresh start” and rebuild their financial standing.
Customers who qualify will get an official notice with a unique offer code via email, push notification, or in-app message. After completing payment through billease.ph, penalties will be automatically removed—no manual processing required.
