PhilWeb Corp., a listed application service provider for gaming and internet business activities, has struck a strategic partnership with Hann Casino to manage the latter’s regulated online gaming platform in the Philippines, a significant push into the country’s digital gaming market.
Under the agreement, PhilWeb will provide technical and operational support, drawing on its established experience in the Philippine gaming industry.
Hann Casino retains oversight of its online business, including governance, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming standards. The partnership is designed to streamline operations, enhance system performance, and ensure regulatory adherence.
Hann Casino Resort, the first fully integrated resort in Central Luzon, spans 11 hectares and features 274 table games, 1,721 gaming machines, and more than 800 luxury hotel rooms at Swissôtel Clark and Clark Marriott. Its 8th Avenue Lifestyle Mall hosts regional firsts such as Hard Rock Café, Tom N Toms, Lucky Dumpling, The Dine by Tony Jung, Las Flores, and the upscale bar Taboo, making it a key entertainment and retail destination north of Manila.
The partnership will position Hann Casino to leverage PhilWeb’s operational expertise while expanding its online reach. Hann Casino earlier called off a plan to list on the Philippine Stock Exchange.
The move strengthens PhilWeb’s foothold in regulated online gaming, a segment poised for growth amid rising digital adoption.
