InLife has named Gemilo J. San Pedro as its new Independent Trustee.
San Pedro is a retired partner, professional practice director, and head of Risk Management at multidisciplinary professional services firm SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co.
He currently serves as an independent director for Filinvest Land, Inc., Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc., and Electronic Commerce Payments, Inc.
He holds a Master’s in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance and International Business, from the Graduate School of Business at New York University.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in Accounting, from Rizal Memorial Colleges and is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
“With his extensive experience in risk management and corporate governance, San Pedro brings valuable expertise to InLife’s board,” the company said.
His appointment reflects InLife’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its corporate governance and ensuring sound oversight in its operations. The company said it anticipates that San Pedro’s guidance will support strategic growth initiatives and enhance stakeholder confidence.
