Filinvest REIT Corp. has strengthened its tenant portfolio with the addition of Maxicare Health Services Inc. at Filinvest Three, marking a significant expansion of healthcare services within its Northgate Cyberzone estate.
Maxicare has opened a nearly 1,100 square meter outpatient clinic on the ground floor of the building, making it one of the largest Maxicare clinics in the country. The facility also features the company’s first executive check up facility, expanding its suite of preventive and primary care services.
