World Food Expo (WOFEX) Drinks+Bakes 2026 at the World Trade Center Metro Manila showcased major players in the food and beverage industry, with Tanduay Distillers, Inc. drawing attention for an immersive brand presentation that highlighted its premium ambitions.
At the three-day trade event, Tanduay built a themed booth inspired by its new campaign, “Rum from the Islas,” designed to reflect Filipino heritage while positioning the brand for the global premium spirits market. The experiential setup earned the company the Best Booth Award, marking its second design win this year after recognition at the Manila Gin Festival 2026.
The booth featured a range of the company’s export and premium products, including Tanduay Asian Rum Gold, Tanduay Asian Rum Silver, Especia Spiced Rum, Tanduay Double Rum, and newly highlighted releases such as Tanduay Reserve Rum 10 Years and Tanduay Reserve Rum Overproof. Tanduay also introduced Torres Light 1L, a Spanish brandy newly added to its portfolio.
Visitors were offered product tastings, event-exclusive case promotions, and bundled merchandise packages. Guests who purchased products during the event could also join promotional activities, including a claw-machine game offering branded merchandise.

Tanduay also hosted guest bartenders to demonstrate cocktails inspired by Filipino flavors and supported industry competitions such as the Ultimate Coffee Challenge and the National Bartending Competition, providing prizes and sponsorship to encourage emerging talent in the hospitality sector.
Company officials said participation in WOFEX helps strengthen ties with restaurant, hotel, and beverage buyers while repositioning the brand beyond its mass-market roots. By highlighting its premium rum lineup and mixology potential, Tanduay aims to expand its presence among hospitality decision-makers and elevate its image in the international spirits market.
