Kaspersky is strengthening its focus on enterprise cybersecurity across the Asia-Pacific region, including the Philippines, as cyber threats continue to grow alongside rapid digital transformation.
Data from the company showed that between January and December 2025, its systems detected over 10.2 million internet-borne cyber threats targeting computers of users in the Philippines. About 32.9 percent of users were affected, placing the country sixth worldwide in terms of exposure to web-based threats, with 19.39 million recorded incidents.
Adrian Hia, Kaspersky’s managing director for Asia Pacific, said cybersecurity has become critical to business operations, noting that companies must now defend against a wide range of threats—from large-scale attacks and fraud to advanced persistent threat (APT) campaigns.
Kaspersky said it is expanding its enterprise offerings in the region by providing intelligence-driven and transparent cybersecurity solutions tailored to local market needs. The company aims to help organizations address increasingly complex cyber risks while maintaining business continuity.
The Asia-Pacific region has emerged as one of Kaspersky’s fastest-growing enterprise markets in 2025, with key focus areas including Indonesia, India, Vietnam, and Greater China.
Inna Nazarova, Kaspersky’s vice-president for International Corporate Sales, said serving enterprise clients—especially in APAC—is a strategic priority. She added that the company plans to strengthen its partner ecosystem to deliver more advanced and resilient cybersecurity solutions across the region.
Kaspersky said its expanded efforts will focus on helping organizations navigate a more complex and fragmented cyber landscape while supporting long-term digital growth.
