Globe Telecom Inc. has launched a range of new services aimed at helping Filipinos manage expenses and stay connected as global tensions push concerns over higher fuel and energy costs.
The company said the initiative focuses on giving customers more flexibility and value during a period of economic uncertainty.
Among the new offerings are customizable mobile and broadband plans that match users’ needs and budgets, as well as a data swap feature that allows customers to convert unused data into other services. Globe is also providing access to small loans to help cover essential daily expenses.
Subscribers can also take advantage of rewards, vouchers, and broadband discounts for mobile and business users to stretch their budgets further.
Globe added that it is strengthening customer support through digital platforms, proactive service, and faster assistance to ensure reliable connectivity during disruptions.
Company president and CEO Carl Cruz said the effort goes beyond providing internet and mobile services, aiming to help Filipinos stay connected and cope with ongoing challenges.
