DigiPlus bares ‘Entertainment for Good’ framework

DigiPlus Interactive Corp., a gaming company, has introduced its “Entertainment for Good” framework, outlining a strategy that links business expansion with tangible social contributions. The initiative marks the firm’s shift toward becoming a purpose-driven organization, integrating innovation, responsible gaming, community support, and sound corporate governance into its core operations.

According to DigiPlus president Ping Chen, the company aims to use technology to deliver quality entertainment while ensuring its commitments to player safety, governance, and community development grow alongside its commercial goals. Since the start of the year, these principles have been applied across its brands and platforms.

Efforts include improving in-app responsible gaming tools and operating the EmbracePLUS helpline, alongside education programs to promote safe play. The DigiPlus Foundation has also been active: it partnered with the Department of Information and Communications Technology for a national robotics competition, donated disaster equipment to Manila’s local government, and provided over ₱1.2 million in relief for earthquake-hit communities in Southern Mindanao. In 2025, the foundation allocated ₱84 million to programs that benefited nearly one million Filipinos. Moving forward, DigiPlus plans to expand its entertainment ecosystem through partnerships, local content, and platform upgrades.
