Globe Business has partnered with Chinabank Savings (CBS) to bring essential banking and credit services directly to public schools via mobile technology, making financial assistance more accessible to educators and school personnel.
Under the collaboration, Globe Business provided CBS field teams with 215 Samsung tablets running on its GPlan Biz service. The setup delivers reliable mobile data, unlimited calls and texts, plus landline access—giving bank officers full connectivity and digital tools to serve clients on-site. This removes the need for teachers to travel to bank branches during work hours, while CBS teams operate efficiently across the lender’s 257 nationwide branches.
On school grounds, CBS staff can process non-collateral loans under the Department of Education’s Automatic Payroll Deduction System, manage client portfolios, and address inquiries in real time.
