TP Philippines, formerly known as Teleperformance, is opening more than 10,000 customer expert positions nationwide, adding to its 60,000-strong workforce as the company expands its footprint in the country’s information technology-business process management (IT-BPM) sector.
The hiring push, equivalent to nearly 17% of TP’s current Philippine workforce, will take center stage at its Metro Manila Grand Job Fair on September 28 at Dusit Thani Hotel in Makati.
TP said the vacancies are open to experienced BPO professionals as well as fresh graduates, career shifters and first-time applicants, including those with no previous industry experience.
The positions span customer experience and business support roles serving industries such as telecommunications, healthcare, travel, financial services, retail, digital advertising, sales and search engine optimization.
The job fair will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., bringing together recruitment teams from TP’s Mega Manila operations. Applicants can explore available positions, go through interviews and potentially receive job offers on the same day.
TP’s Metro Manila and nearby operations cover Alabang, Antipolo, Cavite, Makati, Mandaluyong, Quezon City, Taguig, Pasay, Pasig and Parañaque.
Outside the capital, the company operates in Cebu, Bacolod, Baguio, Clark, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Laoag and General Santos.
The latest recruitment drive comes as the Philippine IT-BPM industry continues to compete for talent amid evolving demand for customer experience and business support services.
TP, which has operated in the Philippines for 30 years, said hiring activities will also be held beyond Metro Manila as it continues to build its talent pool.
The company’s latest expansion underscores the Philippines’ continuing role as a major hub for global customer experience and business process operations, while opening another large wave of employment opportunities for workers entering or moving within the industry.
