Cebu Landmasters Inc. has sold nearly 70 percent of the units at its Casa Mira Prime Ormoc housing development within two weeks of its public launch, extending the Visayas-based developer’s run of strong sales in the Leyte city.
The project opened its inventory to buyers on Sept. 25, with the brisk take-up following the sellout of CLI’s first Casa Mira community in Barangay Luna, the company said.
The response strengthens CLI’s push into attainable housing in emerging urban centers, where demand for relatively affordable homes can support growth beyond major metropolitan markets.
Casa Mira Prime Ormoc offers townhouses, duplexes, and single-detached homes priced from P2.7 million to P3.5 million, targeting buyers in the affordable to mid-market segment.
Townhouse A units have 47 square meters of floor area on lots ranging from 54 to 78 square meters. The Calista duplexes offer 50.04 square meters of floor area on 80-square-meter lots, while the Cielo single-detached homes provide 48.63 square meters of floor area on 100-square-meter lots.
“The strong response to Casa Mira Prime Ormoc affirms the trust families have placed in CLI,” chief executive Jose Franco B. Soberano said, adding that the company aims to provide attainable homes with the space, amenities, and convenience families need.
The development’s first phase includes a function hall, playground, and pocket parks. A second phase will add a clubhouse, basketball court, and swimming pools. Cielo homes also feature solar-ready roof designs, while the project uses underground secondary power lines.
Located beside the Barangay Macabug Sports Complex along a highway, the development is a 10- to 15-minute drive from Ormoc’s city center. Nearby establishments include the University of San Jose-Recoletos Ormoc Campus, Ormoc Doctors Hospital, government offices, and shopping centers. A retail block is planned across the development.
Casa Mira Prime Ormoc brings CLI’s Casa Mira portfolio to nearly 20,000 units across the Visayas and Mindanao.
The launch follows CLI’s recognition as Best Developer in the Philippines at the 2026 PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards. Its Casa Mira Homes GenSan project also won Best Housing Development in Mindanao, reinforcing the group’s position in the regional housing market.
