Transcom Worldwide (Philippines) Inc. has launched its seventh local site, opening a new business‑process outsourcing center in Quezon City to further grow its Metro Manila operations.
The new office sits on the 12th floor of Giga Tower in Bridgetowne, one of Metro Manila’s key business districts, giving the company a stronger base to serve existing and new clients across the country. Transcom said the expansion also signals closer cooperation with the Quezon City government, with plans to tap local talent, create more jobs, and support activities that boost the city’s economy.
Company leaders added that the growth goes beyond business expansion. Through its Transcom Cares corporate social responsibility program, the firm aims to support the local community with projects focused on environmental sustainability and social assistance.
The formal opening was led by Travis Coates, Transcom chief executive for the Americas and Asia Pacific, alongside Philippine operations head Kristine Bondoc. Guests at the launch included Swedish Ambassador to the Philippines Anna Ferry, Quezon City government representative Maria Margarita Mejia, and Robinsons Land Corp. deputy general manager JP Balboa.
In his remarks, Coates said the new site is more than just an additional workplace. “Above all, this site is about our people. A building is just a building until people bring it to life. What gives a workplace meaning is what happens inside it: strong teams, great work, new ideas, and the chance for every person to grow,” he stated.
Built to serve both employees and clients, the Quezon City location features on‑site amenities including child care services, a cafe, and an in‑house pharmacy — designed to be a comfortable second home for staff while supporting stronger partnerships with clients. Transcom now employs around 10,000 people across its Philippine sites in Metro Manila, Bacolod, Iloilo, and Davao, with the new Bridgetowne office marking the start of its long‑term partnership with the Quezon City community.
