Megaworld projects P3.B in sales from new Pampanga condominium

Megaworld Corp. anticipates generating approximately P3.5 billion from its latest residential condominium project, Saint-Marcel Residences, marking the company’s fourth development in the 35.6-hectare Capital Town township in Pampanga.

Scheduled for turnover in 2030, the Saint-Marcel Residences will feature a 17-story building with a total of 361 smart home units, offering a range of layouts from studio apartments to three-bedroom units. The varied sizes will cater to different preferences, with options including studio units of 24 square meters and spacious three-bedroom units up to 103 square meters.

Eugene Lozano, senior vice president for sales and marketing of Megaworld Pampanga, said, “There is still a strong demand for themed residential developments in Capital Town as we continue building more components of the township. We envision Saint-Marcel Residences to be an appealing address for young, well-traveled Kapampangans who want to immerse themselves in the beauty of their community.”

Situated at the corner of Wilshire and Chelsea Streets, the Parisian-inspired condominium will be part of a more private area within Capital Town. Residents will enjoy proximity to a commercial strip, plaza, and an upcoming transport hub, as well as easy access to a rainwater park.

The amenities at Saint-Marcel Residences promise to be exceptional, featuring a high-ceiling lobby and a third-floor amenity area that boasts several first-in-Pampanga facilities. Highlights include Bistro Marcel, a bi-level private dining room equipped with a full kitchen, outdoor fitness areas, a pilates studio, and a bubbler pool. Additional facilities will cater to families, with both adult and kiddie pools, a function room accommodating over 100 people, and a bi-level game room.

All units will be equipped with wireless smart home systems accessible via a dedicated mobile app. The development also emphasizes sustainability, incorporating low-flow fixtures, occupancy sensors, energy-efficient equipment, and rainwater harvesting systems.

With the launch of Saint-Marcel Residences, Megaworld has introduced over 1,300 residential units across its four properties in Capital Town, which include Chelsea Parkplace, Bryant Parklane, and Montrose Parkview. The continued investment in this township underscores Megaworld’s commitment to meeting the growing demand for quality residential spaces in Pampanga.
