Phinma Property Holdings Corp. has unveiled ambitious plans for a new township, Saludad, in Bacolod, committing approximately P12 billion to develop a 21-hectare site. The project aims to create a vibrant community that integrates commercial, educational, and residential spaces.
Saludad will feature a dynamic business district designed to support local entrepreneurs alongside essential services from the Phinma group, including a school from Phinma Education and hotel and event venues from its hospitality division.
In partnership with JEPP Real Estate Co., composed of the Jacinto, Echaus, and Puentevella families, Phinma is crafting a master-planned, mixed-use development tailored to the needs of Bacolod residents.
“Bacolodnon culture immensely values family and community, which are the core of our mission at Phinma. This township will empower Bacolodnons and locals to enhance their lives while fostering a sense of belonging in Saludad,” said Ramon R. del Rosario Jr., Phinma chairman and CEO. He emphasized the company’s commitment to sustainable development and nation-building.
Saludad’s town center will offer a curated mix of dining, shopping, and entertainment options aimed at enriching the community’s lifestyle. The development also includes residential enclaves, featuring both residential lots and medium-rise condominiums.
“The unique charm and potential of Saludad will reflect the best of the City of Smiles, blending heritage with modernity,” said Raphael B. Felix, senior vice president for properties at Phinma.
With over 30 years of experience in property development, Phinma Properties is dedicated to excellence and promoting Filipino heritage across its nationwide projects. The company emphasizes that its mixed-use approach addresses urban planning challenges by optimizing land use for residential, commercial, and recreational purposes while integrating sustainable infrastructure and green designs.
